Welcome to the Stage Chef blog! We are a couple of chefs that have become disillusioned with the industry and what young chefs must put up with in order to make it in the best restaurants. Our aim is to highlight through our experiences during stages in these restaurants the malpractices going on behind closed doors where the clientele can’t see.
We hope chefs will use this as a resource of places to steer clear of and that anyone outside of the industry will think twice before making their reservations in these places.
